When the Crossroads Church in Madison was looking to modernize their 12,000 sq. ft. facility to appeal to a new generation, they partnered with WDS Works to make this vision a reality. Ultimately, WDS Works spent close to 18 months planning the project, working with a committee of volunteers as well as volunteer subcontractors. Existing plans were inaccurate, necessitating multiple design changes during construction. Overall, 7,000 sq. ft. were renovated and a new entry was constructed. The large sanctuary was converted into a smaller, more intimate space for services, including an accessible stage, and a new nursery, kitchen, multi-purpose fellowship area, welcome center, and youth area were built.
