WDS Construction has an exciting opportunity to add a Project Manager to our WDS Works team. WDS Works is the benevolent arm of WDS that helps nonprofit organization partners achieve the dreams that allow them to better fulfill their missions. Launched in 2018, WDS Works supplies the construction know-how of the WDS team to those charitable organizations with critical construction needs that they may not be able to otherwise afford. Whether providing pro-bono construction services or working with our extensive network of suppliers and subconsultants to secure products and services at or below cost, WDS Works bridges the gap to make the impossible possible.
This position would work on a variety of construction projects that serve local charity, non-profit, and church leadership to support their growth and mission through construction management. The Project Manager is responsible for building relationships and managing project budgets, schedule, quality, and safety. Duties include purchasing, cost control, scheduling, and subcontractor management. A heart for the nonprofit is an essential qualification of this role.
