Denita Schreier, CCIFP, CMA

Originally from the east coast, Denita Schreier brings more than 33 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background in construction accounting. She is a Certified Construction Industry Finance Professional and Certified Management Accountant, bringing extensive financial knowledge to both construction and development projects. A regular speaker at industry associations, Denita also has a passion for mentoring younger professionals and helping them realize their full potential. She relocated from Pennsylvania to Beaver Dam, WI – horses in tow – originally serving as Chief Financial Officer before being named Executive Vice President of WDS Construction. With experience nationally, Denita continues to give back to her profession and community by participating in the following organizations:
